Product Explanation: Cetas produces two series of trailer-mounted drilling rigs: Separate main frame and integral main frame drilling rigs to meet the operation requirement for desert and Gobi oilfield. Product Features: 1. Trailer-mounted drilling rig with separate main frame Main series GW-M1000 and ZJ10DBT, ZJ30DBT, AJ40DBT, the rig consists of front and rear modules mainly during transportation. The front module includes drill floor and rotary table drive while the rear module includes drawworks drive, power system, suits for transportation. Technical features 1) Front level of substructure may be telescoping or semi trailer mounted while the rear module is semi trailer mounted. 2) Mast is two or three sections telescoping and can be moved with rig main module or separately. 3) AC VFD motor drive is used for power transmission while diesel engine compound is optional. 4) Good mobile feature with module design for easy moving and installation. 5) A separate driller cabin is fitted. Operations for air, electric and hydraulic, drilling data and parameters are all in the cabin. All operations by driller can be completed in the cabin for better working conditions and less working strength.. 6) According to user’s requirement , auto drilling system and top drive drilling system can be equipped. 2. Trailer-mounted drilling rig with integral main frame Model ZJ40/2250DT, ZJ50/3150DT and ZJ7DT trailer mounted drilling rigs are newly developed in recent years range 4000-7000 meters drilling depth. Such series rigs are designed for relative flat desert and Gobi area, which features simple and reliable drive system, less transportation loads and easy moving. Technical features 1) With advanced AC-SCR-DC or AC-VFD-DC electric drive technology and good drilling performance. 2) Module-type substructure or parallelogram substructure rigged-up by drawworks power (oil cylinder) and telescoping mast or K-mast are adopted. Top drive fitting is available; 3) The main frame can be moved integrally or separately, the mast can be moved as a whole by wheels, and the power unit can be moved by wheels integrally or separately. 4) Highly modularized, the drilling rig can be moved with fewer trucks. The trucks used are 1/3 of what we normally use for a complete rig. 5) Moving time is only 1/4 of what it takes for a normal rig. With less expense and high efficiency. 6) Top drive can be equipped.
